My 25th Birthday Gift

Pheeww...Long time no post. Time flies so fast that we have reached the end of the first month of this new year. Anyway, before I continue my post, I wanna say HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone! I know it's very late ;)

Okay, as some of you may have noticed that this January I turned to 25. Yes, I am no longer young and I would like to take this opportunity to say my birthday prayer.

Thank you, God, for giving me another year of life.
Thank you for all the people who remembered me today
by sending cards, and letters, gifts and good wishes.

Thank you for all the experience of this past year;
for times of success which will always be happy memories,
for times of failure which reminded me of my own weakness and of my need for you,
for times of joy when the sun was shining,
for times of sadness which drove me to you.

Forgive me
for the hours I wasted,
for the chances I failed to take,
for the opportunities I missed this past year.
Help me in the days ahead to make this the best year yet,
and through it to bring good credit to myself,
happiness and pride to my loved ones,
and joy to you. Amen.

boredom...this is how I feel right now. The weather is not quite friendly lately. Global warming, I think. Yes, indeed! Could go nowhere. Stay at my room, watching movies all day long, facebooking, chatting, updating my blog (*just like I am doing now), and any other things which can only be done in front of my laptop. LOL!

Anyway, such condition has positive effects to me, tho. Well, for my laptop to be exact. I can do defragment my HD and run the antivirus regular scan. Rearrange my folders to make 'em way much easier to be found. And edit some photographs...???

Unfortunately we couldn't see her eyes for she put some (long) eyelashes extension. Though, she looks gorgeous, doesn't she?

Surya 16: Exclusive Imaginaction

This is the biggest photo competition in Indonesia. Held in more than five biggest cities; Makasssar, Pekanbaru, Yogyakarta, Medan, Palembang, Surabaya, and jakarta, this competition had attracted hundreds of thousands competitors from all levels of photographers.

Sponsored by Surya 16, the competition was intended to explore young potential Indonesian photographers. Competitors with the best series of photographic works will get prizes worth a total 100 million rupiahs (in the form of a trip to Tokyo, Japan, and pocket money).

Announcement of the best participants will be conducted on August 6, 2010 in Jakarta, along with several activities such as festivals of photography, stock photography, musical performances and others.
